It’s 9.30pm and it’s taken me ages to get the kids in bed. Long day at work. Knackered and hungry, I open the fridge and there’s a cold beer waiting for me. Bingo.
The house is now quiet. I sit on the couch to enjoy the moment.
…. Ok wife just came home and ruined my moment. Bah! Anyway…
I enjoyed this one but there is a lot going on with it. It’s a rye blonde beer brewed with lemon grass and lime. It definitely has a twang to it!
Brewed with maris otter pale, caragold, Munich, lager & rye malts with torrified wheat too. Hopped with sorachi ace, Galaxy & citra hops. Conditioned with fresh lemongrass and Brazilian lime.
