Chilli Beer

My wife bought me this for a giggle. It actually has a chilli pepper in the bottle! 

Having flash backs to my youth and downing Chilli Vodka in Revelutions and almost melting my tongue, I wasn’t really looking forward to this one. 

Gladly my tongue is still in tacked as I write this. 

The beer was very similar to other Mexixan beers (Corona, Sol etc) and the chilli in it tastes like the usual slice of lime that you’d expect with one of them. But it’s the after taste when you realise it’s a chilli! Although not as hot as you expect, it’s still has a kick. Not the blow your head off type, more of a tingly, warming sensation. 

A good experiment but I’d soon had enough and moved onto something more palatable.
