A Welsh Whiskey IPA from the guys over at Brains Brewery, Cradiff. They have started to do a few different craft ales and this is the first I’ve tried.

Amazing! Sounds weird but it’s a really soft drink. Feels like butter on your tongue. Not citrusy like normal IPAs, this tastes like a normal ale. But in a good way! It’s been made with whiskey casks and it does give an unexpected but totally awesome taste. Goes down very well, highly recommend this one.
